Bins
Once your booking is made, our team will reach out to confirm the exact delivery and collection schedule.
Bin Access: Please note that drivers cannot move bins up or down stairs. If there is no lift or ramp available, bins will be delivered and collected at Ground Floor level only.
Items Not Accepted: Do not place the following in secure document bins: cardboard, arch lever folders, plastic sleeves, binders, magazines, photo paper, newspapers, bulldog clips, hard covers from diaries/books, coloured paper, or coloured manila folders.
Contamination Fee: A fee of $110–$300 +GST per bin will apply if mixed or non-paper content is found inside the secure document bins.
Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours (2 business days) notice is required to cancel bookings and receive a refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $40 fee.
Delivery Timing: We are unable to provide exact delivery times. Drivers schedule their runs on the day of delivery and collection.
